These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) apply to any sponsor donating for a sponsorship package or related advertising (the “Sponsor”) with Menifee Pony Baseball or on menifeebaseball.com, menifeepony.com (the “Site”).


1. The Sponsor agrees to enter into a contract subject to these terms and conditions with Menifee Pony Baseball (the “Company”) in exchange for advertising on the Site.

2. Sponsor agrees to pay the total rate shown on the sponsorship donation form they have signed in exchange for the benefits shown on said form.

3. Sponsor agrees to accept sole responsibility and liability for the content of any advertisement the Sponsor places on the Site. Sponsor also agrees to accept sole responsibility for the content of any webpage the Sponsor requests the advertisement link to.

5. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be settled by the courts located in Riverside County, California, or the court with the appropriate jurisdiction over Menifee, California.

6. If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby

7. Menifee Pony reserves the right to refuse, cancel, refund any sponsor at any time.  This includes, but is not limited to, potential sponsors of illegal businesses, political topics, or anything Menifee Pony deems not compatible with it's Mission Statement.  This includes removal of sponsor company information, logo, links, that may be listed on the Menifee Pony sponsor page.
