Division Change Request Form

Is your child ready for a new challenge or a more comfortable playing environment? If you’re considering a division change—either up or down—simply fill out the Division Change Request Form. Submitting this form is the first step in making sure your child is placed in the division that best fits their skills and development needs. Once you submit your request, a Menifee PONY board member will review it thoroughly. They may reach out for additional information if needed, ensuring the best decision for your child’s experience.
